Not a commune.
Not an eco-village.
ARDEN is a commercially funded, professionally operated community where everyone contributes and everyone benefits. Private ownership. Shared resources. Zero ongoing living costs.
You contribute time.
You receive everything.

Food, energy, water, education, healthcare, wellness facilities. No bills. No grocery runs. No school fees.
The 5-Year Break-Even
A typical Southeast Queensland household spends $120,000+ annually on housing costs, food, utilities, education, and healthcare. At ARDEN, these costs are zero. Your villa purchase pays for itself in eliminated expenses within 5 years.
How it works
The Superhuman Market
A community store stocking only items that genuinely serve human health. No seed oils, no refined sugar, no processed foods. If it harms, it is not stocked.
Shared Infrastructure
Commercial kitchen, maker spaces, co-working hub, event venues, and gathering halls designed for connection and productive collaboration.
Skill Exchange
Every resident contributes according to their abilities. Teachers, farmers, builders, healers, administrators — the community provides everything in return.
Governance
Professional management with resident input. Not a commune, not a democracy — a well-run operation with clear accountability and aligned incentives.
Villa Specification
Inside an ARDEN Home
Every material chosen for what it does to your body and to the planet.
The villa specification at ARDEN is not a standard developer fitout with sustainability marketing attached. Every material, appliance, and system is chosen because it is genuinely better — for the people living in it, for the land it sits on, and for the air inside the home. The result is a home that looks extraordinary, performs without compromise, and does not silently harm the people inside it.

“This is not a green-certified standard home. It is a home that would make a conventional developer uncomfortable — because it refuses to treat human health as a cost-benefit calculation.”
What the Villa Does Not Include
Not because these things are unavailable — because they do not belong in an ARDEN home.
